[Slackbuilds-users] Potential list merge

It currently looks like the slackbuilds-bugs lists is not really 
needed, and this list seems like a better place to handle that 
sort of thing anyway - no need to follow two different lists.  As 
such, I'm considering elimination of the bugs list and pointing 
the site's bug report link to this list instead.

Thoughts?
