Oops :) - scope error. I mean "anything related to building SBo
packages". Though, actually, then it should still probably bring pot
pies and beer. ;)

Oh, and to Ben, I have a question - I was originally thinking about
abstract consistency for per app settings but is there a use case where
you'd *want* to set the BUILD of all packages to the same number or the
TAG of a set of packages to different values? While not the most
consistent (but, after all, they're doing different things),

# sbopkg -i foo:BUILD=build # per app
# TAG=tag sbopkg -i foo     # all apps

should cover most needs.
