a lot of stuff is going on in git: I think it's better if you clone
the repository with a

git clone git://slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds.git slackbuilds-clone

then you can update it going in the slackbuilds-clone (this is an
example name, give it what you prefeer) folder and doing a

git pull

this way you can have a local updated copy of the git repository with
the changes going on in the master branch: note that it's still WIP,
so you should wait before applying your work over it.
