Is icu4c-49.1.2-x86_64-1 missing in your system?

OTOH, download link for liblrdf
(https://github.com/swh/LRDF/tarball/0.5.0) gives me just a "0.5.0"
file so doesn't correctly build (maybe it would be better to host
related file elsewhere with a proper name).
