[Slackbuilds-users] texlive (20120701) in Slackbuilds requires LATEX????

Im trying to build k9copy....which requires ffmpeg (0.11.1), which requires
texlive (20120701) in Slackware 14.
When I build texlive I have the following files in my texlive subdirectory:

So, where does LATEX come from?

I'm not subscribed to the mail list, and would appreciate an email or
notification of what is needed to get texlive built, so I can
continue building k9copy.
