In the doinst:
setcap cap_ipc_lock,cap_sys_nice=ep /usr/bin/muse

Now the binary is /usr/bin/muse2

Also, on ARM device, the setcap fails with a "operation not supported", "Note
<Filename> must be a regular (non-symlink) file.
