It 's missing .lazarus in its home (/root/.lazarus),
After building and installing lazarus (it's a dependency for 
easymp3gain) you must effectively start this command (/usr/bin/lazarus) 
in a graphical environment after which it will create the missing 
directory. Then you can continue.
