[Slackbuilds-users] girara/zathura version mismatch

There is a mismatch between the .SlackBuild and .info files for girara
and zathura on the site compared to the tarball. The explicit files are
up to date (0.1.6 for girara and 0.2.3 for zathura) but the tarballs are
the older versions (0.1.3 for girara and 0.2.0 for zathura). The source
links and md5sums on slackbuilds.org for each package are the old ones
as well. This obviously puts sbopkg into an upgrade loop.
