OK, I just looked inside the untarred file structure, and there is no licence statement as such, just a copy of gplv2 (gpl.txt).

So I guess it will be ok to redistribute.

I am just waiting on someone else who showed interest to download it and test all is Ok on his lowly laptop.

If so, I will look at doing a package.
