[Slackbuilds-users] netsniff-ng

It appears that netsniff-ng configure is not a traditional
autotools's configure, so the flags in .SlackBuild are maybe ignored
(--mandir is surely one of them).

.man files are currently installed in /usr/share/man/man8/, so I suggest
to replace a line in "Makefile" to solve the problem, from:
MAN8DIR = $(PREFIX)/usr/share/man/man8
to:
MAN8DIR = $(PREFIX)/usr/man/man8
