You may want to look at darktable:

http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.0/graphics/darktable/

It only has one dep (lensfun) and does non-destructive edits of raw
files. It has a bunch of editing modules and exports to jpg by default. The only problem I had with it is that the GUI fonts were too small but this is easily fixed in:

~/.config/darktable/darktablerc
