Yes. But still, gc is available for 14.0. I need it as a dependency of inkscape and maybe I'm not alone.

Isn't it allowed to just edit the link to Homepage in such a case?

I checked and the md5sum of http://hboehm.info/gc/gc_source/gc-7.2d.tar.gz is the same as in http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.0/development/gc/
