Well, probably not the best way to do that but in your ~/.profile you
can put `export TERM="vt100"' (change with `xterm' or something else if
you want, instead of the default `rxvt-unicode-256color'). All new urxvt
window will wrap. Note that I was using `set horizontal-scroll-mode off'
in ~/.inputrc but doesn't seems to work though...
