[Slackbuilds-users] Fcron and http://slackbuilds.org/uid_gid.txt

I'm developing a SlackBuild for Fcron and need a userid called fcron 
belonging to group fcron in order to build and install the package.

My question is, what should I use for the UID and GID for the fcron user?
 
Linux from Scratch mentions 22.

The Arch Linux folks seem to be using 23 and I am inclined to use the 
same number.
