[Slackbuilds-users] Scripts up for grabs

These are some scripts of mine that currently have outdated VERSIONs. They
can't be updated by simple version bumping, due to missing sources, build
errors, etc. I don't use them and don't really have the time to deal with
them. If anyone wants to take over feel free. They'll almost certainly be
dropped with the next repo version bump if no one wants them.
