after this morning I had a look at the ocaml stuff and updated it
locally to 4.03: with the update to this version ocamlbuild and camlp4
aren't available anymore with it (in the meantime they got splitted in
separate packages) and this breaks multiple scripts depending on
ocaml.

so I prepared SlackBuilds for both camlp4 and ocamlbuild and with
those some stuff seems to work again.

other things needed version-bumps.

it seems the only things not working yet with the newer versions of
the stuff are mlbrot and sks-keyserver and it doesn't seem to be
anything new from upstream...

I'll push all the modifications for ocaml and stuff depending on it
ASAP on a dedicated branch: please wait until I've done this to start
working on whatever else is needed.
