They are automagically enabled if detected at build time so no need to 
specifically enable them. You can confirm by checking your build output, 
which should have something like:

Enabled hwaccels:
h263_vaapi mpeg1_vdpau mpeg4_vdpau
h263_vdpau mpeg1_xvmc vc1_vaapi
h264_vaapi mpeg2_vaapi vc1_vdpau
h264_vdpau mpeg2_vdpau wmv3_vaapi
hevc_vaapi mpeg2_xvmc wmv3_vdpau
hevc_vdpau mpeg4_vaapi

(at end of configuration, just before compilation).


It's different if you want to disable these features but I think that 
would be an unusual case and should be left to the individual builder to 
modify their own copy of the SlackBuild.
