It has been reported on LQ that the download link for vivaldi is broken

I had a look at the directory where the vivaldi people publish their
releases and concluded that they often remove old ones, breaking the
scripts in our repository.

so I had prepared a patch in my branch to:
- self host their tarballs avoiding breakage;
- move from snapshots to the stable release (seems it's more up2date
than the snapshots ;) ).
