Thanks for the tipoff, I'm not sure what the problem is.
Hopefully a responsible adult will fix it but they are all asleep at the moment.
Meanwhile there is a mirror of the git repo at Gitlab

but if you need tarballs, sorry, they will be unavailable for a few hours
