[Slackbuilds-users] libebur128 wrong download url

Hi there,

The download link is
DOWNLOAD="https://github.com/jiixyj/libebur128/archive/1.1.0/libebur128-1.1.0.tar.gz"

But it returns ERROR 404. Correct url is
DOWNLOAD="https://github.com/jiixyj/libebur128/archive/v1.1.0.tar.gz"

The slackbuild script should then be updated considering the different name of the source tarball
Also the version could be bumped to 1.2.2
