- source link is showing response 404.

A message on googlecode suggests it [googlecode] is being shutdown.  In
relation to this program, raw-thumbnailer, it is moved it GitHub

I do not know what is the usual Git url to use to get the source.

Just thought I'd pass this on; hopefully maintainer will notice (cc'd in).
