First update in October!

It's been a quiet week, but still important updates are coming.
First, we have libreoffice update which is done in both the binary
repackaging and source compilation. texlive is again updated to match
the changes in -current.

We also have some updates in development, including eclipse,
cargo-vendor, atom, google-go-lang (security fix), and nodejs.

Note that we have three scripts removed in this batch. Two of them no
longer have a valid upstream for both homepage and source. As for
dansguardian, we have e2guardian as a replacement.
