[Slackbuilds-users] ORFEO Toolbox (OTB)

I did "removepkg cblas" and then "python" and ">> import numpy" and
there were no complaints.  So I did sbopkg -i cblas to reinstall it. 
Now I think I should remove numpy and reinstall it to get the blas
routines referenced.
