[Slackbuilds-users] Installation directory of binaries

Hi,

I am confused. Is it okay to install a binary into
/tmp? I found a package like this:

ls -l /usr/bin/...
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 47 Aug 21 12:36 /usr/bin/... ->
/tmp/SBo/package-.../usr/share/.../...*

I assume this is not correct but as the package found
it's way into the repository maybe I did miss something?
