Welcome to July's update :)

Some of the hightlight in this batch is
- gnucash is now at 3.x while people prefer to keep using the old
version can migrate to gnucash-legacy
- prompt_toolkit1 is added for those who still need Python 2 version.
- skylable-sx is removed due to DMCA takedown on upstream project

Some people are working on updating Qt5 in SBo while keeping the
original Qt5 version (5.7.1) in place. They are working with the current
maintainer (Larry) to make sure it build and work properly. After that,
we might need some time to test all scripts that depends on Qt5 against
the new Qt5. In worst case, we just need to change the dependency into
the qt5-legacy (or whatever the names might be). There's no timeline
here, but it's a work-in-progress. Thanks to all who suggested the ideas
and actually working on it.
