[Slackbuilds-users] audio/mpd 0.21.22 does not build on Slackware 14.2

By "my branch" I assume you mean:

https://git.slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/tree/audio/mpd

The newer mpd builds require "ninja" as well as "meson".

Another way of fixing the problem is to revert the mpd version back to
20.18 which builds fine with "make" on Slackware 14.2

The latest version of mpd that builds with "make" seems to
be 20.23

All the newer software builds from www.musicpd.org such
as libmpdlient, mpc and ncmpc now require both mesa and ninja.

Since Slackware current includes ninja and meson, maybe these new builds
should be put in Slackware current instead of Slackware 14.2?
