[Slackbuilds-users] libmatroska patch

Hey All,

libmatroska is here. Version updated to 1.6.3. Patch is attached.
They moved to cmake as a build system and I updated the build script
accordingly.
Also it only builds a static library now. I know VLC and mkclean depend on
it.
Heads up.
