[Slackbuilds-users] maintainership for network/sfeed and update version to 1.9

Hi,

I would like to become the new maintainer for the network/sfeed package for
Slackware. I'm also the author of the software.

I would like to thank the previous maintainer Isacc for maintaining the
package. It was much appreciated :)

The below patch updates version 1.8 to 1.9 and changes the info:
