[Slackbuilds-users] Conflicts and/or redundancies of slackbuilds of some python packages (constantly, incremental, hyperlink)

those packages were added in last cycle to provide python3-packages only
i think the plan was to remove python2-packages but we need to have
python3-packages first in the repo before we can remove the old one.
