[Slackbuilds-users] Fix qBittorrent BUILD number

Hi,

I was just snooping around in the ready list [1] and then I noticed that
the qBittorrent package update [2] has the wrong BUILD number: "2" instead
of "1".

Since it won't be possible to fix it later in a meaning manner (upgrading
from build number "2" to "1"), if anybody cares, please fix it before
pushing it to the main branch.

I know I should have sent this message to the "devel" list, but I can't.
So appologies for that.
