[Slackbuilds-users] libhandy about to update to 1.8.3

If the gnome stack of software is building then it'll probably be fine at
runtime too.

I am traveling currently and won't be back home till next Sunday so I won't
be able to do much until after then. I'll be happy to build and test it all
when I get back.
