Ugh, miscommunication. I didn't actually want 15.0 to get that change.
The mandb -c command in 15.0 takes way too long to run (10 mins on
my test box), whereas on -current it takes around 10 seconds. So it's
actually good that he didn't change it in 15.0.

Since the change is in -current now, mission accomplished. Many thanks!
