I was going to but then the version bump did not include any significant
functional fixes over 2.2.16 for linux, mostly just build system
updates, so I'm just going to let it go and hope 16.0 (or whatever) gets
released.
I'm not a fan of creating *-opt local scripts "willy-nilly" (pun
intended) for each of these edge cases. I already have a
python3-meson-opt for qemu, and I'd like to avoid that sort of nonsense,
if at all possible.
