>From admins perspective, is gitlab just as easy to use as github?  I originally used gitlab, but then switched to github when you set up the automated testing (to make it easier for admins).  I would slightly prefer to use gitlab, but my desire to make admins' jobs easier is stronger.  Your paragraph above indicates to me that workload on admins is similar for gitlab and github.
