[Slackbuilds-users] Question about an alternative Iosevka package

Hi,

I have a question regarding the existing Iosevka SlackBuild:

Locally, I maintain a variant that installs only the Regular and Bold
TTC files from the upstream Iosevka release, covering the usual
Regular/Bold/Italic styles used by terminals, window managers, and
editors.

This would not replace the current iosevka package, but be a separate
package (with a different name) that conflicts with it, similar in
spirit to how some Slackware font packages ship a limited set of styles
(e.g. hack-fonts-ttf). Possible names could be iosevka-term,
iosevka-ttf-basic, or iosevka-core.

Before attempting any submission, I wanted to ask whether such a package
would be acceptable for SBo, or if this is better kept as a local
customization.
