[Slackbuilds-users] milkytracker and rtmidi

The milkytracker script drops rtmidi support because milkytracker
1.03.00 fails to build with rtmidi 6.0.0. Upgrading to milkytracker
1.05.01 fixes the build issue, and I'm now happily running it with
MIDI.

I'd paste my patch here, but gmail eats spaces at the beginning of the
line, and I'm unsure if attachments work on this mailing list.

On November 30, I emailed the maintainer erik at sbo but have not
received a reply. I emailed him again today.
