[Slackbuilds-users] gxine/lirc breaks Slackware

Gxine's dependency, lirc, breaks Slackware.  Whenever I connect certain
types of devices, I get an error like "udevd[n]: failed to execute
'/usr/bin/sh' '/usr/bin/sh -c '/usr/bin/setfacl -m g:lirc:rw
/dev/bus/usb/001/004 2>/dev/null || :'': No such file or directory" and
the devices don't work.  If I 'ln -s /bin/sh /usr/bin/sh' or remove
lirc, the devices work.  I was told the commands are looking for a
non-existent lirc group (lirc SlackBuild doesn't create nor even
mentions nor is in slackbuilds.org/uid_gid.txt ).  None the devices I'm
connecting would even be using lirc: it just breaks them.  Seems this
software was created by someone using a 'usr-merge' system and the few
necessary steps to get it proper for Slackware weren't taken.
