[Slackbuilds-users] older versions listed for upgrade

sbocheck and sboupgrade find the available version in the info file, not
the SlackBuild. Like fsLeg wrote as I was starting this email, using a
local overrides directory is good for this kind of situation.
sbotools has been upgrading on version differences (not increments) since
2015. There's going to be an optional setting in 3.4 (should be able to get
it out later this month) that will make it only go up by default.
