[Slackbuilds-users] Slackbuilds fltk library

The fltk Slackbuilds repo does not appear to be maintained by LukenShiro 
any longer.

Also there is an issue with the actual content of the repo, described as 
follows:

The fltk library is serviced by the Slackware repo. There is no reason 
to have the same version of the library in the Slackbuilds repo too. 
Each repo is fighting for contention to replace the library with its 
own version - the versions are the same in both cases.

The library can be removed from Slackbuilds. Not needed there.
