[Slackbuilds-users] http://slackbuilds.org/GITHUB_URLs.txt issue?

The file http://slackbuilds.org/GITHUB_URLs.txt apparently isn't listed 
somewhere in SlackBuilds.org FAQ or submissions pages, and apparently 
Google hasn't indext this .txt.
         I admit I stayed up all night into witching hour updating my 
Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup SlackBuild and want to finish my other game 
ones, but maybe it's time to stop for tonight... I read GITHUB_URLS.txt 
and looked at (if this is still latest stable) 
https://github.com/AmyBSOD/ToME-SX/releases/tag/tsx-1.28 but it hasn't 
worked for me to convert it to the proper format as in that .txt... is 
this a special case (any advice?) or I just stayed up too late and 
missed something and did it wrong?
