following the hints up to line 10 of the GITHUB_URLs.txt file, to download
the tag "tsx-1.28", that uncompresses to the name of the github
repository + "-" + name of the tag,

https://github.com/AmyBSOD/ToME-SX/archive/tsx-1.28/tsx-1.28.tar.gz

the compressed directory inside will be ToME-SX-tsx-1.28

they also offer releases download that you can link directly but they are
compressed with 7z so you have to uncompress it with bsdtar

bsdtar -xvf ToME-SX.7z

and there's no wrapping directory in that 7z file, just the content of the
repository so take care to create one before uncompressing it...
