Yes.

Two reasons for this:

1. We don't want another mess like "libreoffice" and "LibreOffice". Can you
remember which is the binary repack, without looking it up?

2. Naming it "whatever-bin" leaves the name "whatever" free for
someone else to create a "whatever" script that builds from source.

You don't have to rename your existing scripts. I hope you do, but
nobody's going to try to make you do it.
