[Slackbuilds-users] Source code missing for some Slackbuilds scripts

What I was proposing is much simpler than what has been discussed in this
thread:
1. For item abc the Slackbuilds page says that one must download
abc-2.3.77.tar..gz from location L.
2. Once a week the script would check out for the presence of
abc-2.3.77.tar.gz in L.
3. If that tarball is missing the script would email the maintainer
something like "abc-2.3.77.tar.gz not found in L".
4. The maintainer would look into it, and would have the capability of
disabling further emails for abc if she/she thinks that would be
appropriate.
This would do nothing for maintainers that are keeping track of things
diligently already, and could therefore opt out. It might be useful for
new maintainers, or for forgetful ones. Step 4 would never be taken by some
maintainers anyway, but chances are nothing would work in those cases.
