[Slackbuilds-users] rust and crates

I have a script that vendors the crates if you have a place to host
them.  It's included with cargo-vendor-filterer on SBo.  I suggest you
use cargo-vendor-filterer no matter which method you use.  If you
don't, you are downloading more crates than you need to (namely crates
for windows).

Have a look at python3-maturin for an example with the vendored
sources.  It includes a stub script to call the one I included with
cargo-vendor-filterer.

Oh, my script creates a reproducible tarball.
