NVIDIA CUDA toolkit SlackBuilds are at v12.6 and older but upstream stable is v13... are either maintainers or anyone else updating this. It's something I would try to update if I knew how but it's beyond simply incrementing (worked until v12.9) and I doubt my knowledge/skill to be able to update something this complicated.
