Does anyone use teighafileconverter, or use AutoCAD or similar and
need a utility like this to convert between .dwg and .dxf files?

I have no idea why I took over maintenance of this (in 2018; who knows
what I was thinking then?) but it's disappeared upstream, or perhaps
been renamed to "ODA file converter".

Would anyone like to take over this build? I've got too many and this
one is useless to me...
