Yep, sbocheck is a part of sbotools (https://pghvlaans.github.io/sbotools/ is the actively maintained one). An integration with orphaned builds would be excellent.

Also, I'll take julia (I use R, but I was surprised that julia's orphaned. I'll maintain the LTS release until someone who actually uses it comes along).
