Yes.

Usually what I do is use the archive.org link for HOMEPAGE, and
try to find another location for the download file(s)... like,
Debian or FreeBSD's archives. You can search for the package name on
repology.org to see if other distros package it.

However, you can just use the archive.org link for DOWNLOAD, if you'd
rather do that.
