[Slackbuilds-users] python3-cffi

Didn't find any issues related to python3-ciffi being removed.

Anyone nearing renew time for their certs?  letsencrypt needs testing
with python3-cffi removed.

One needs to:
-remove python3-cffi and make sure it isn't built again if installing
letsencrypt and its dep tree
-reinstall 15.0's python-cffi
-test letsencrypt
