<body text="#000000" bgcolor="#CCFFFF">I admit that I also do not fully understand all the nuances of the blas/cblas/OpenBLAS/atlas options (not to mention lapack). My guess is that if numpy was built against cblas and then cblas wasn't available when OTB was compiled, it could cause such an error. <br>

However, my sbopkg-pkg-log does have references to cblas in numpy,
pygsl, and other places. I suppose it is possible that something
unique to my computer triggered the need for cblas. OTB was part

the alternate blas routines can be used even though the generic
